    This workout after day 7 of stronger 25 is just SO good! Thank you Lindsey! This is months 4 of daily workout for me. No excuse for not doing it! I also do it on Saturdays, which is our Sabbath, cause it's not just on my to do list, this is SELF-CARE for me!

    First time doing a NML workout as an avid active/workout person. A couple things I could see improved are the audio volume and the timer could be a more contrasting color bc I’m looking at it in a phone. Otherwise fun mixup

    Hi Lindsey and team! I'm 54 and have been doing your workouts for five years now and I LOVE them! They are my favorites of any I've found on the internet. I love the way you encourage all the young moms out there. I had three children in four years, so I totally get how much endurance it takes to be a mom to small kids. That said, I'd love some occasional shout-outs to all your subscribers who are in the perimenopause and menopause phases of life. We are losing muscle every year, so the workouts get progressively harder, but we keep hanging in there! Can we get some "You can do its"?!!! Thanks!
