I'm Lindsey Bomgren, Certified Personal Trainer + Pre-and-Postnatal Fitness Instructor AND mom of 3 littles.
As a busy mom I’m all about quick and effective home workouts! I truly feel that doing the physically hard stuff makes you more capable of handling all the mentally challenging things that come at you daily. I don’t film workout videos to give you six pack abs or a nice butt. I film workout videos because I know fitness makes me a better wife, mother, friend and human and I want to share that with you.

I am not a beginner, I've been working out for years at the gym and with NML the last 3 yrs. I recently hurt my back - SI to be specific and I've been in so much pain. I am finally starting to make progress in healing and was so excited to be able to do an NML workout again! This was such a great re-entry. I am bummed to have to drop back down to lighter weights while I recover, but "Do your best and forget the rest!" Also, the SI stretching video has helped me soooooo much with pain relief! It also helped me figure out where the pain was coming from and how to talk to my drs. I had been saying "low back" which was wrong. I so appreciate the NML team!
I second this! About 2 years for both my oldest and youngest. Still getting there little by little everyday though. And have definitely had moments where I've felt like I would never get there. It's a work in progress, whatever that may mean for you!
I was feeling pretty good 18mo out but yes 2 years and I'm definitely finally me again. It takes time and consistency but its so worth it. My youngest recently turned 2 and I also recently signed up for a half marathon later this year. I wouldn't even have considered it 6mo ago.
can i still do this 2 week challenge post partum? with dis recti? i know you have a pp 4 week program but those workouts are not long enough for me and i have been working out for a while now and also i want to loose weight ? i really anted to try pilates and strength together thats also
Just did this one and let me tell you... totally different from what I am used to! So doable and a do-ver! Loved the challenge especially the balancing which I have a hard time with! Thank you Love!

It takes your body 18 months to fully heal and to replace your depleted nutrients and that is if you were healthy before and during your pregnancy. Give your body a break ladies!

She’s so funny. Yet depending on where I was in my cycle, I noticed some days I just didn’t have it. Now that I’m 6 months with no cycle, it matters much less.

Haha i chose too heavy of a weight for the amrap, but refused to change, for some reason. Right away i felt i couldn't keep up with you, and I could only complete two rounds and I was shaking 😂
So fun and effective! All of these moves felt fluid and really challenged me. Plus, single dumbbell meant I could use my 20 and 25 lbs. Solid mobility warm-up and cool down, this one is definitely going on my repeat list.
